CANCELLATIONS :

24 hour notice is required to
cancel or reschedule services.
A credit card number is necessary to schedule an appointment for all balayages, keratin treatments, & bridal services. One week cancellation notice is required for appointments that require deposits. Failure to follow the salon’s cancellation policies will result in a cancellation fee.
REFUNDS :
​
Salon J'entor does not offer refunds on its services. If a client is dissatisfied with his or her service, we offer a correction at no charge, if scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment.
PAYMENTS :

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.
Gratuities are cash or check.
